Preparations are underway for the next round of Veterans Speaking to Students Tour Project. The event will be held next October. No set date is confirmed yet.
As usual the preparations for such event starts with location scouting. We are pleased with what we saw and confident the event will be a great success. Ms. Laura,Beltran, history teacher, will assist and coordinate this joined effort so veterans can interact with as many students as possible.
The short trip took place on the morning of June 24th 2009, and lasted about 30 minutes. St. Joseph's High School is located at Clover Street, Windsor, ON
St. Joseph's High School Gym can fit around 400 people.
Bleachers extend from the back to front.
