iPad or wePad ?

I'm still holding off to buying an iPad for some reasons. First, in marketing terms I'm not what you call a "Pioneer". The first generation of any new device is usually a test apparatus. Secondly, new features that I really want to see on the device could be available in the second or third generation of the device. So far iPad doesn't have a webcam nor USB ports or SD card reader for expansion. Thirdly, the battle which is raging between Apple and Adobe over the Flash Player is a turn off. What it means is that a lot of the web content can not be displayed on Apple's device because Apple claims Flash is not a good mate for the iPad for few reasons; mainly security and power consumption.

Personally, it's important to have full access to the web's content. Until this "flash battle" is resolved I'll keep holding off to buying an iPad. If "wePad" goes on sale in Canadian markets I'll give it a serious thought. However, the Apps on my iPhone are getting extensively big, which is another deciding factor. The nice thing about the iPad is that I can sync my iPhone's Apps, a great feature that will be missing from the wePad because it runs Linux OS and utilizes Google's Android Apps.

So the question that presents itself is: Will it be the iPad or the wePad? This is definitely the question.
